SFPA Delivers Comments on EPA’s Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Advanced Recycling

Washington, November 9, 2021 – The Sustainable Food Policy Alliance (SFPA), which includes global food companies Danone North America, Mars, Incorporated, Nestlé USA, and Unilever United States, submitted comments on the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding “Potential Future Regulation Addressing Pyrolysis and Gasification Units.”

Our comments reflect the work by the Alliance over recent years in support of moving forward federal policy on packaging and recycling issues, both individually and collectively.
