WASHINGTON, Dec. 3, 2019 – The Sustainable Food Policy Alliance (SFPA) has submitted comments to the Food and Drug Administration to support and inform the agency’s forthcoming Strategic Blueprint for a New Era of Smarter Food Safety. The SFPA’s founding members, which include Danone North America, Mars, Incorporated, Nestlé USA and Unilever United States, are four of the world’s largest food companies, and we believe that ensuring the quality and safety of our food products and the global supply chain in which we operate is one of the most important commitments we make to our consumers.
